This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to the GO360.biz website and all GO360.biz products and services (the "Services"), operated by GO360 Limited (Isle of Man company no. 139095C). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service and each product's terms. By using the Services, you agree to this AUP. It applies to everything you do on the Services and to all content you upload, store, share, or transmit ("Content").
1. Your responsibility for content and conduct
You are responsible for your Content and your use of the Services, and for ensuring that everyone using the Services through your account complies with this AUP. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any Content you provide, and it must comply with all applicable laws.
2. Prohibited content
You must not upload, store, share, publish, or transmit any Content that:
- is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates unlawful activity;
- sexually exploits or abuses children, or constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or that sexualises, endangers, or otherwise harms minors. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy (see section 5);
- is pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit;
- promotes, supports, or facilitates terrorism or violent extremism, or incites or threatens violence;
- is hateful, harassing, or discriminatory, or that incites hatred or violence against any person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or reassignment, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic (including racist, homophobic, transphobic, or misogynistic content);
- bullies, harasses, threatens, intimidates, or stalks any person;
- is defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or invasive of another's privacy;
- infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
- contains malware, or is designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts, or connected systems or networks;
- interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Services or their infrastructure;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data except as permitted by law or in writing by us;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Services to harm others.
4. Modern slavery and human trafficking
The Services must not be used in connection with slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and expect the same of our users and suppliers. See our Modern Slavery Statement.
5. Child safety, terrorism, and illegal content — zero tolerance
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and for terrorist or violent extremist content. Where we become aware of such content or other seriously illegal material on the Services, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to it, preserve relevant information as required by law, report it to the relevant authorities (such as the police and, where applicable, bodies such as the Internet Watch Foundation), and cooperate with law enforcement. We may suspend or terminate the accounts responsible.
6. Reporting abuse
If you become aware of Content or activity that breaches this AUP, please report it using the form below so we can investigate. Reports concerning child safety or terrorist content are treated as urgent. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the police first.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, remove or disable Content, issue warnings, suspend or terminate access, and report to and cooperate with regulators and law enforcement. Serious breaches may be actioned without notice. Nothing in this AUP limits any other rights or remedies available to us.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised, and your continued use of the Services means the revised AUP applies.
