Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid GO360.biz products and services, operated by GO360 Limited (Isle of Man company no. 139095C). It should be read with our Terms of Service.
Our paid products are sold through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Payments, invoices, and refunds are processed by Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
1. Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions continue and renew automatically for the billing period you select at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees already paid for the current period are not refunded on cancellation, and you keep access until the period ends.
2. Statutory cancellation rights (consumers)
Where you buy as a consumer, you may have statutory rights to cancel within a short cooling-off period after purchase. Because our products are supplied digitally and access may begin immediately, you may be asked to agree that supply begins right away, which can affect a cooling-off right once supply has started. Nothing in this policy removes any statutory rights you have that cannot be excluded.
3. Requesting a refund
To request a refund or raise a billing query, use the form below with your order/receipt details (issued by Paddle). We will review the request fairly and, where a refund is due, it is processed by Paddle to your original payment method. Refunds may be granted, for example, where a charge was made in error, the product was not delivered, or where required by law.
4. Taxes
As Merchant of Record, Paddle calculates, collects, and remits applicable sales tax/VAT. Where a refund is granted, any tax charged is refunded in line with the applicable rules.
5. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised. The policy in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
