Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
Last updated: 31 May 2026
This is a voluntary statement. GO360 Limited is below the turnover threshold at which a statement is mandatory under section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, but we publish this statement to set out our commitment.
GO360 Limited (Isle of Man company no. 139095C) is committed to acting ethically and with integrity, and to preventing slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.
Our business
We build and provide software for the infrastructure, construction, surveying, and ground-engineering sectors. We recognise that construction-related supply chains can carry a higher risk of labour exploitation, and we take that seriously.
Our commitment
- We do not tolerate slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain.
- We expect our suppliers, partners, and contractors to share our commitment and to comply with applicable anti-slavery and human-trafficking laws.
- We seek to engage reputable suppliers and to address concerns where they arise.
- Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits use of our Services in connection with slavery or trafficking.
Reporting concerns
If you have concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking connected to our business or supply chain, please contact us at our contact form. Concerns about an immediate risk to a person should be reported to the police.
