GridGO — Terms of Use
Last updated: 31 May 2026
These terms govern the GridGO application. They are separate from, and in addition to, the website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where you have a signed order or agreement with us for GridGO, that agreement takes precedence if it conflicts with these terms.
Account access may use Google authorisation (Google Sign-In); where it does, Google verifies your identity and we do not store your Google password. Paid access is sold through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Your use of this product is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. About these terms
GridGO ("Service") is provided by GO360 Limited ("GO360.biz", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in the Isle of Man with company number 139095C, registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS, ISLE OF MAN]. By accessing or using GridGO you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
GridGO is a map-project application. It lets you create and edit map projects, set public or private access, generate share links, and capture map snapshots.
3. Accounts and authentication
Sign-in is provided via Google authentication. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. We may suspend access to protect the Service or other users.
4. Your content and sharing
You retain all rights in the map projects and content you create ("Customer Data"). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide the Service, including generating snapshots and share links you choose to create. You control whether a project is public or private; if you make a project public or share a link, you are responsible for that disclosure. You must have the rights and lawful bases for any content (including personal data) you upload or publish. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service unlawfully, publish unlawful or infringing content, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt or reverse engineer it (except as permitted by law), upload malicious code, or infringe the rights of others.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change, or discontinue features, and will use reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data and third-party open-source components), is owned by or licensed to GO360.biz. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the term.
8. Third-party services
The Service is hosted on Cloudflare and uses Google services for sign-in (Google OAuth) and mapping (Google Maps Platform). Your use of those services is also subject to Google's terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Open-source software acknowledgements
GridGO is built with open-source software. We acknowledge and thank the authors of the principal components below. Each remains the property of its respective authors and is used under its own licence:
- React, React DOM, React Router — MIT
- Vite — MIT; TypeScript — Apache-2.0
- @react-oauth/google — MIT; @vis.gl/react-google-maps — Apache-2.0
- TanStack React Query — MIT; geodesy — MIT; html2canvas — MIT
- lucide-react — ISC; sonner — MIT
- Cloudflare Wrangler — MIT / Apache-2.0
This list covers principal components and may not be exhaustive. The full licence texts and a complete dependency manifest are available on request at our contact form.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we exclude all implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising from use of the Service. Where you have a separate agreement with us, any liability cap in that agreement applies.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Service, content you publish, your Customer Data, or your breach of these terms.
13. Term and termination
These terms apply while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; Customer Data is handled in line with our retention practices.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Isle of Man, and the courts of the Isle of Man have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any contrary provision in a separate signed agreement.
